In psychotherapy, there is a paradigm shift happening from cognitive therapy to emotional therapy. “Integrative Counselling and Therapy” (ICT) combines integrative approach in supporting the clients. ICT believes in the whole person and if one part is not working properly, then all the other parts will be affected. So, we assess the client in terms of mind and body association that includes emotional and spiritual well-being. IccTherapy is very helpful to diverse clients who are looking for a unique approach to help resolve their mental and emotional issues.
The primary goal of ICT is to help clients actualize their Higher consciousness. What that means is that we empower you to discover and act from your true authentic Self and connect with your inner happiness. We provide customized guidance and adapt various evidence-based theories and techniques such as CBT, DBT, etc. and time-tested holistic methods including yoga philosophy, breathing, relaxation, and meditation.
