Integrative Counselling and Therapy™ focuses on helping the client to * Understand their issue from a unique and deeper perspective. * Investigate the evidence-based techniques, interventions, and strategies needed to apply and resolve their crisis. * To realize and understand what results are achieved and discovered. - ICT™ provides a safe, supportive, effective, accessible, and confidential service. It is a non-judgmental space that allows the clients to reflect, understand, apply, and heal themselves. - ICT™ helps clients discover their inner happiness and support a more vibrant and fulfilling life. The ICT™ package is most productive when clients can incorporate ICT™ tools into their lifestyles. Depending on the goals and the complexity of clients' issues, they may prefer shorter or longer courses of treatment. The ICT™ sessions will help trace the source of the manifested problem. No matter the issue, a therapist can provide important insight to help the client heal and maintain mental health.
